Managing Director Terry Keyko Begins New Chapter

March 1, 2010

Rural Alberta's Development Fund Board of Directors and Staff would like to wish former Managing Director Terry Keyko the best of luck as he moves into his new position with Horse Racing Alberta as their new Chief Operating Officer.

"The last three years have been a tremendous opportunity and experience for me professionally and personally," said Keyko when asked to describe his time with RADF.

"I want to thank the Board of Directors for their support, trust and patience as we worked together to build RADF into a valued organization with a program that is truly making a difference in Alberta.

"To the staff, thank you for all your efforts and I know you will continue to do great things for rural Alberta in the years to come.

"And finally to all those Albertans I had the chance to meet over the past three years, I thank you for your ideas, your encouragement and your determination to ensure that rural Alberta continues to grow and prosper."

Keyko's move was officially announced by Horse Racing Alberta on February 12, 2010. A search for his replacement has been completed. An official announcement will likely be made in the next few weeks.
