The Agrivalue Investors Network is a non-profit Alberta company working to establish a full-service Agrivalue Investors Network in Alberta. The network will create matchmaking services, coordinate training, and improve access to investment funds for rural entrepreneurs and companies. As a provincial, non-profit virtual company that showcases pre-screened business opportunities to investors, the network provides a vital link between agrivalue companies seeking capital and investors.

Expected Outcomes and Benefits

All projects go through a selection process to ensure they will improve the quality of life for Albertans. This project meets this objective through the following outcomes and benefits:

  • Match rural businesses with outside investment
  • Present partnership proposals to potential investors
  • Facilitate investment in seven rural Albertan companies
